Today’s workout was dreadfully awesome.  

Cardio always seems to kick my ass.
Here’s what I did:
†1 mile treadmill avg MPH: 6.7
†5 mile bike ride (hills) avg rpm: 75
†1600 meter row

Leg press PR today at 184# hoping to reach 200# by the end of summer.  It doesn’t look like 184 because I racked the weights weirdly. Lol there are two tens on each side. I’m lazy.

bought sweet potatoes, lemons, cucumbers, salad mix, corn, bananas at the grocery store today. Making sure i have plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables around to transition into clean meals.

Dying from cardio. But it felt good. Had a great workout compared to yesterday.
I Ran a mile just because I haven’t in a while and wanted  to see what my time would be (9min flat. Kind of disappointing but blah) Then I biked over five miles in 22 minutes on the calorie burn setting which was basically hills.

WORKOUT FROM HELL RANT  

The workout from hell all started when my headphones wouldn’t stay in on the treadmill THEN I realized all of my usual leg machines had been adjusted an outrageous amount THEN I went to squat for the first time in forever and almost broke my wrist loading plates THEN I could only do like four reps THEN I just felt like I was gonna pass out and barellyyy pushed through three sets. Awful. And I scratched my phone putting on plates too. Badly.

Happy (late) memorial day. 

Had a nice arm workout with the rents today. Shockingly there were a lot of people at the gym. Working out on holidays separate the extraordinary from the ordinary.
